Set up & program in Haas CNC Milling machine to
manufacture parts as required
Review parts drawing prior to manufacturing and try to
identify any potential problems areas
Manufacture fixtures as needed for part production
CNC machine parts as needed per print or file
Perform any manual machining required
Act as a back-up to performing any secondary operations
as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machine - Haas
controls experience a plus
- Experience/Understanding of CadCam software required -
MasterCam experience a plus.
- Understands and can set feeds and speeds from
workstation
- Read drawings and use calipers and simple gaging to
check the part dimensions.
- Change tools and recognize when tools are not cutting
properly.
- Fabricate fixtures
- Perform secondary operations such as debur, drill & tap.
etc.
Other Characteristics:
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform math in decimals and in metric
- Fluency in reading and writing in English is required
- Owns basic machinist measuring tools - scale,

packaging sales experience in packaging distribution. The
primary role for this candidate is to develop an industrial
packaging distribution territory in the Atlanta area and

- Reviewing production numbers and scrap numbers
- Communicating with management and working with HR in

job to be glued. Programs the machine and glue system for the

finished product. Troubleshoots Machine Malfunctions. Follows
machine & workplace safety, food safety and ISO procedures.

Operates the 6 or 8 color Printing Press. Sets
Up the machine, Make Ready Plates, Coating Blanket on the press,
prepares and places inks on the press. Retrieves programs for
color management, job specifications, Operates the Press,
performs inspection and testing of the product, performs
regular/light maintenance duties as per maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoots machine malfunctions. Follows machine & workplace

Operates the Maxon Sheeter. Retrieves the
correct rolls (substrate type & thickness) for job to produce.
Sets up Unwind station, blade, slitter, belts and delivery
section of machine. Programs the machine to size required for
job, performs inspection and testing of the sheets, monitors the
machine while running. Performs regular/light maintenance duties
as per maintenance schedule. Troubleshoots machine malfunctions.

The Press Operator is be responsible for the set-up,
operation, and maintenance of multi-color printing presses in
accordance with the specifications and customer requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the
printing press, color approval, and performance of
preventive maintenance.
- Ensuring paperwork and specs are accurate.
- Responsible for operating press to ensure quality of
finished product.
- Inspect finished product for offset, drying, and winding
in order to ensure proper skidding of product.
- Responsible for complying with all cGMP’s, SOP’s,

Primary responsibilities are to provide
leadership to the production personnel on the operating floor
and excellence in the demonstration of the commitment to our
safety and quality initiatives.
The superintendent is responsible for coaching,
training, and developing direct reports in safety, quality,
production, problem solving, and technical skills involved in
the operation of the production floor. The superintendent is
responsible for communicating and working with other department
managers, the Production Management team, and Customer Service
to ensure quality, on-time production goals are met.

what the candidate brings to the table. The base will run 18 to

1173 Folder Gluer Foreman
Equipment consists of Omegas, Royals, International Speed
Queens, Heiber Schroeder Window machines and Heiber Schroeder
formers. A new Bobst gluer will be added shortly. The foreman
will be responsible for high quality product output, assisting
with bottlenecks and mechanical adjustments as they arise as
well as personnel management. Candidate must reside within a
reasonable commute to western PA or be willing and able to
relocate to the area.
