The Sales Representative reports to the VP of Sales and is responsible for developing and documenting customer profiles, coordinating order information with customer service representatives, providing customer samples and obtaining approvals, and developing sales projections and sales goals for the annual sales budget, among other tasks. 1204 Digital Printing Sales Rep Experienced person in digital printing in short run digital printing sales. An experienced digital printing sales person in folding cartons is desired but will consider a digital sales rep from commercial printing, labels or corrugated. Excellent salary 75-125K plus commission. Candidate from Midwest to east coast to Southeast, however may consider from other regions if strong in digital printing sales. 1203 Finishing Manager Responsibilities include: Responsible for safety, personnel, quality, production, equipment, and all other activities occurring in or related to the finishing department Ensures the proper setup of tooling for the finishing equipment in accordance to internal customer specification. Assist with trouble shooting of equipment. Hold employees accountable for working within the safety, quality and AIB rules and proactively identifying and removing any safety hazards. Work with employees on prioritizing improvement opportunities and meeting production standards to gain favorable results. Work with quality on corrective/preventive actions are implemented for internal and external customer complaints. Good Microsoft Office skills along with excellent time management and delegation skills are required. 1202 Sales Rep Candidate will be selling packaging machinery such as shrink and stretch machines and similar. Sells films and packaging supplies. This candidate should have packaging experience in sales. Can train the candidate on the machinery side of things. Will supply company car. Base plus commission. Candidate should be located in east NC as that will be the territory involved. 1201 Converting Manager - Plastic Bags/Pouches Lead department for all bag machines so that the operation and adjustment of machines are to the facilities satisfaction, which involves optimal speeds as well as only the best quality. Train, implement, document and constantly verify all safety, food safety and quality requirements. Implement root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for any non-conforming raw materials, work in process, and finished goods products. Work with Plant Manager to ensure the highest throughput efficiency through converting department and proper manning schedule to meet production requirements Actively participate in CAPA, (Corrective and Preventative Action) Program with Quality Assurance Manager/Department. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload. Experience in packaging/general supplies is required Will consider those with current experience or past experience in packaging supplies Includes Health Care and Dental Salary base will depend on experience (needs minimum 2 years packaging sales experience) Candidate should reside in the region. 1198 Warehouse Manager Day shift hours: 6:30 to 3:30. This person will have experience in warehouse management/supervision. This will be over a 30,000 sq ft warehouse. The candidate must be able to operate a forklift. The candidate does not have to have packaging experience as can come from any industry as long as has the management experience in warehouse. No relocation help. Should come from one of the boroughs in LI, like Queens or Brooklyn 1196 Tooling Manager Tooling manager will work with sales. MUST understand Mastercam software, thermoforming tooling design, tooling costs, layout, etc. 1195 Plant Manager Plant manager with experience in folding cartons. P&L experience is a plus. Must have some knowledge in finishing, printing and die cutting. Relocation help is available. 1194 Plant Manager Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Plant Manager has responsibility for overseeing plant activities to meet business objectives. Accountable for all aspects of plant performance and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that is compliant with laws and regulations, company policy, quality standards, and customer requirements. Delegate authority to managers and supervisors to direct overall plant operations. Requires education generally equivalent to four years of high school diploma with ten years progressively responsible experience in the flexographic industry or a bachelor’s degree with five years progressively responsible experience in the flexographic industry. Requires two years’ experience in a plant management position. 1193 EHS Manager (Environmental/health & Safety) This position develops and manages all EH&S programs to achieve corporate strategic objectives, drive year-over-year increases in safety and ergonomics, maintain highest environmental quality standards as well as comply with governmental laws and regulations. All related activities are designed to establish a company safety culture that propels continuous improvement, increased employee involvement and sustainable results. Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental or other related disciplines or 5-7 years EHS experience in a manufacturing setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. A thorough knowledge of OSHA, DEQ and EPA regulatory requirements and their application to plant operations. 1192 Folding Carton Pre Prod/Production/QA Manager Job Responsibilities:  Deal with outside suppliers and place orders as needed. Fill out Job Ticket prior to production with all details of production required. Supervise all phases of production (printing, die cutting, stripping, windowing, gluing and packing, shipping and receiving, and the warehouse) and make sure production is running smoothly and according to schedule. Sign off on each stage of production for quality control before running the job.  Requirements:  Minimum 5 years similar experience in folding carton industry. Strong leadership skills. Professional demeanor. Strong communication skills. Responsible for opening in the morning. Willing to work some Saturdays (plant manager and first shift and 2nd shift supervisor rotate when Saturdays needed--not every Saturday, once a month). Main functions include assignment of personnel to equipment/jobs daily and intraday. Quality control. Waste monitoring. Support production manager as #2. Seeking previous people management experience, converting operator experience a plus, ability to understand metrics/data. Reports to production manager. Typical team on 1st shift 25-30 with employees/temps. Oversee production for brown box business as well as smaller rigid box business. 1189 CSR Or QA Representative Folding Cartons We currently are looking for someone who has experience in the folding carton industry who is qualified to fill a QA or CSR opportunity in S. Californian. This person will be a combination QA (Quality Assurance) and CSR (Customer service). Experience in the folding carton industry (2-3 years) is a must. Resume must reflect 2 years experience in folding cartons. Salary will depend on experience If you have experience in either category you will be trained in the other. Skills are basic computer, word, excel and outlook. Strong communications, professional demeanor and good organizational skills. Will assist in customer follow-up, arrange shipping manager ISO and FSC paperwork Benefits include fully paid health and dental, 401K, vacation holiday and sick leave. 1188 CNC Machinist (Operator/Programmer) Responsibilities: Set up & program in Haas CNC Milling machine to manufacture parts as required Review parts drawing prior to manufacturing and try to identify any potential problems areas Manufacture fixtures as needed for part production CNC machine parts as needed per print or file Perform any manual machining required Act as a back-up to performing any secondary operations as necessary Qualifications: Experience setting up and operating CNC machine - Haas controls experience a plus Experience/Understanding of CadCam software required - MasterCam experience a plus. Understands and can set feeds and speeds from workstation Read drawings and use calipers and simple gaging to check the part dimensions. Change tools and recognize when tools are not cutting properly. Senior candidates are welcome.  This position requires someone with cold calling savvy in packaging distribution sales. 1186 Plant Manager Must have deep experience with cast film, stretch film production. Blown film may work if some experience with cast film. P& L , run plant, reduce waste (big deal !) and all the usual plant manager responsibilities. NEED 2 guys, one for GA one for AZ 1184 Production Supervisor Cast or Stretch Film The production supervisor should have at least five years experience supervising personnel in the manufacturing of cast film and or stretch film made via cast line machinery. Experience should encompass: Organize and conducting shift meetings Coaching operators in running cast film line equipment Setting work schedules Reviewing production numbers and scrap numbers Communicating with management and working with HR in personnel matters Education: High School, GED or Degree, experience trumps all and that is what counts for this position. The operator should be able to run cast film line equipment, and investigate and take corrective action for quality, machine or process-related problems. Education: High school or GED. Pay is based on experience. Retrieves the job to be glued. Programs the machine and glue system for the specific box die, performs inspection and testing of the product, performs regular/light maintenance duties as per maintenance schedule. Supervises a crew of staff that pack the finished product. Troubleshoots Machine Malfunctions. Follows machine & workplace safety, food safety and ISO procedures. 1180 Press Operator - Folding Cartons Operates the 6 or 8 color Printing Press. Sets Up the machine, Make Ready Plates, Coating Blanket on the press, prepares and places inks on the press. Retrieves programs for color management, job specifications, Operates the Press, performs inspection and testing of the product, performs regular/light maintenance duties as per maintenance schedule. Troubleshoots machine malfunctions. Follows machine & workplace safety, food safety and ISO procedures. 1179 Sheeter Operator - Folding Cartons Operates the Maxon Sheeter. Retrieves the correct rolls (substrate type & thickness) for job to produce. Sets up Unwind station, blade, slitter, belts and delivery section of machine. Programs the machine to size required for job, performs inspection and testing of the sheets, monitors the machine while running. Performs regular/light maintenance duties as per maintenance schedule. Troubleshoots machine malfunctions. Follows safety, food safety and ISO procedures. 1178 Pressman - 2nd Shift The Press Operator is be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of multi-color printing presses in accordance with the specifications and customer requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the printing press, color approval, and performance of preventive maintenance. Ensuring paperwork and specs are accurate. Responsible for operating press to ensure quality of finished product. Inspect finished product for offset, drying, and winding in order to ensure proper skidding of product. Responsible for complying with all cGMP’s, SOP’s, Safety, and Company policies Responsible for working in tandem with Feeder Operator to provide directions for a successful production run. 1177 Manager Customer Service Corrugated This is an opening for a CSR manager experienced in a corrugated box plant. Relocation help for the right candidate 1176 Superintendent - Floor Machinery Primary responsibilities are to provide leadership to the production personnel on the operating floor and excellence in the demonstration of the commitment to our safety and quality initiatives. The superintendent is responsible for coaching, training, and developing direct reports in safety, quality, production, problem solving, and technical skills involved in the operation of the production floor. The superintendent is responsible for communicating and working with other department managers, the Production Management team, and Customer Service to ensure quality, on-time production goals are met. 1175 Sales - Packing Supplies Sales person with minimum 2-3 or more years of experience selling packaging supplies and related items. This candidate will be building a book of business for Charlotte Division. You must be able to network with vendors and not afraid to prospect. Territory is 100 to 120 miles of Charlotte NC. There will be a starting salary between 75 to 96K depending on experience and  what the candidate brings to the table. The base will run 18 to 24 months until it goes to full commission. Position comes with benefits. 1174 Sales - Folding Carton Selling Eastern region, PA to NY, NJ, CT etc. Folding cartons to food, gift boxes, custom, etc. 80k max base, plus commission and benefits. Must come from folding cartons, not corrugated. The company does not take accounts and make them house accounts, so your accounts stay your accounts. Company has high-speed folder gluer machines, etc.  1173 Folder Gluer Foreman Equipment consists of Omegas, Royals, International Speed Queens, Heiber Schroeder Window machines and Heiber Schroeder formers. A new Bobst gluer will be added shortly. The foreman will be responsible for high quality product output, assisting with bottlenecks and mechanical adjustments as they arise as well as personnel management. Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to western PA or be willing and able to relocate to the area. 1172 Foam Packaging Designer The Foam Packaging Designer will design product packaging to meet customer requirements and specifications in a practical and value-added manner. Generally, the Company provides foam-based packaging and product protection solutions. However, the Foam Packaging Designer should be able to provide a range of solutions to identify the optimum packaging method through the use of foam, plastic corrugated and other materials based on durability, cost effectiveness and aesthetics.
